Shipping and Return Policies

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Mom's Mustard simply return the items with a note explaining why and we will cheerfully refund your purchase price. Every effort is made to make sure all items shipped are in perfect condition and properly packaged. Shipping charges are applied to each delivery address.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days via U.P.S., special order items will be shipped as soon as possible. Credit card charges are not submitted until shipment. Examine all orders on receipt and report any damages to the carrier as soon as possible.
